This is one of those "basic" patches you should have in your arsenal. I use it for several songs, including "Long Train Running" by the Doobie Brothers. Next to the "Clean Tube Skank" patch, this is the most favored clean patch in my GSP. Do you need to have something like it in your patch banks? Yes. Try "Long Train Running" with this one. Much spank. I promise more interesting stuff, including the "Les Paul = Hollow Body" and "Tube Grunge" patches next week. Promise me you'll program this one, though, and keep it handy for those clean songs in your repertoire. Almost forgot the now-standard disclaimer: My rig consists of a Les Paul Studio Lite -> GSP -> Crown Powerbase-1 amp -> 2 Peavey T-300 full range speakers. Because your rig is different from mine, your mileage may vary depending on the number of choads located in Ted Nugent's ass hairs, the weather conditions in Tobago, the perkiness of Shania Twain's breasts, and the degree of offense that Joan takes to my sexist comments. -TFH Tom_Hespos@yr.com
